Our Inventory Levels

What types of stock items do we carry?

• A "Stock Item" is an item that is normally in stock.  However, due to delivery delays or an unexpected surge in sales they may be temporarily out of stock.
• A "Catelogue Item" is an item that is ordered on request.  There will be a lead time, and the lead time may vary from item to item.

How accurate are our inventory levels?

Our products are on sale through various channels that cannot be integrated into our inventory management system.  We normally update our inventory every 24 hours or sooner.

How do we determine which orders to fulfill first?

We fulfill orders based on the timestamp of the order.  We then fulfill orders accordingly.
